Solo stay

The carpet in my room was dirty, the staff didn't speak much English, and the mattress was a bit thin. The breakfast was good and the rest of my room was clean and quiet.

We stayed three nights here, it was a perfectly serviceable hotel, very centrally located and a five minute walk from the closest metro and many buses, as well as the lovely Cheongyecheon stream path. The bed and room overall felt a little dated but it was affordable for the location and quality with a friendly staff.

This was a great stay. Close to the stream trail. Decent, reasonable breakfast. Convenience store on premises. Groceries nearby. Room size was fine. Relatively close to Sinseol-dong station.

We haves stayed at the IBC hotel last few years for the convenient locations to public transportation, restaurants, Cheongyecheon stream and families. This year the hotel seemed to have hot water supply systems which was resolved with two afternoon hot water systems shot down. Air conditioning was working well but noisy. Carpets were stained and need of deep steam cleaning.

Solo stay

It was nice and convenient. I liked that they had a 7eleven and coffee shop attached. There was dining but I did not participate. There was also a GS25 across the street. I can hear outside noise from my room so it was hard to sleep. The staff was nice and I was able to store my luggage there after checking out and coming back later with no additional charge. They responded well to my emails.
