Staff were very helpful, amenities were great. Loved the onsen The fan in our room was not strong enough to circulate the air. Too warm in our room. Lowest temperature was 20 degrees and we like a cooler temperature for sleeping Otherwise everything was great

Below average
Broken Aircon and the property only informed us after the checkin was done. Had to suffer in a hot and stuffy room for the entire night. Staff was not helpful at all. They promised for a refund but went back on their words and did not even fulfil it

Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value.
