It was nice place with good location downtown. Only reason I gave a 4 was because my truck wouldn’t fit in the 6’6” parking garage. That parking height should be put on the the advertising. I had to spend a couples hours finding a parking garage and walking back to the hotel. It’s a me problem wth a bigger truck but the hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again now that I’ve figured out the overnight parking at the Scotia theatre parking garage

The best part of the hotel is its location. There are several walkable options to eat and get necessities. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean with plenty of room. However the beds were hard and you could feel the springs when I got up each morning. The bathroom door squeaked like nails on a chalkboard. The bathroom faucet leaked and ran either cold or scalding and the shower curtain kept sliding during showers getting water all over the floor. We stayed three nights.
