i cant rave enough about how EXCELLENT our stay was here. The place is an absolute dream and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an AMAZING stay. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE

It was a very comfortable room. Spacious, comfortable beds, great shower. The pool was empty so we could not use it during our stay. We did not use the restaurants.

An excellent time at this hotel - very spacious room, powerful shower, very useful amenities, staff that were helpful and friendly. However the meal we had at Chef Mickey was mediocre - food quality really is Disney’s weakness. Despite that, would recommend - just eat in the IKSPIARI mall next door

Stayed with family

This is a great place to stay for your holiday to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea, minutes walk to the Monorail, or use the frequent busses direct to the parks. The hotel is spacious, well maintained and very well 'Disney' decorated without being cheesy. The rooms are excellent and not like sardine cans. There really is enough space for you to relax and also spread your cases out for packing etc. The room facilities are very good and well maintained. The staff are excellent to deal with and very helpful. My only issue with this hotel is food. I'm sure it's very nice food but you have to reserve your tables months (I mean months) before your stay. As I booked closer to my time of stay I had no chance for a restaurant. There is a small pâtisserie that is handy for take out breakfasts though which was very nice. If you want a breakfast at Chef Mickey - book before you are born I think !!! Highly recommended, especially if you are better at planning than myself.

Beautiful old Hollywood style Disney hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was impeccably clean. Happy entry was a nice perk. It was nice to be close to so many restaurants. The only downfall is trying to find an early breakfast to get to the gates early. We ended up going to Starbucks.

Massive rooms! Such an amazing experience. Perfect location for shuttle or quick walk to Disneyland. Mall right next door with lots of shops, food spots and a supermarket. Highly recommend!

The bus to Disneyland are very convenient and having the early entrance is priceless. The food options are lacking a bit but its walking distance to the mall with a lot of food options.
