Very tired decor. No hot water for second shower, the lift certificate was missing and based on the way it functions it would not pass. The heat pump didn't work and the TV was crammed up against the curtains in a corner.

The back entrance from the parking shed was dirty and had a divey feel to it. The room was lovely and warm and the decor was Elizabethan, some may find that dated. The parking was a bit tricky if your vehicle was 4WD. Like the convenience of food places handy to the accomodation and it was surprisingly quiet for being located on Hamilton's Main Street.

Solo stay

Pretty good- didn't get much sleep personally, as there was a-lot of noise and doors slamming till 3am. So if you want somewhere peaceful & quiet and a deep sleep wouldn't recommend here for this. Otherwise it was great on every other level! Thanks
