The hotel needs an update! Chairs were ripped in lobby and dining room for breakfast. My bathroom faucet only had a trickle for the cold water, the tub faucet barely worked. The carpet in all the halls were worn pretty bad. Was supposed to have a pool, but pool was empty and gross looking. My kids were very disappointed. Definitely will not be back.

Hotel was just okay. Way overpriced for being a 2-3 star though. Shower was average, no vent in bathroom so steam was an issue. Night staff was useless. Valet parking was an absolute nightmare. In/out took an enormous amount of time to drop off and pick up vehicle. This was such a waste of precious time. There are much better alternatives than this one.

- Location was amazing. - Pool was under renovations, couldn’t enjoy the pool during the hot days (July heat). - Breakfast was very basic, nothing special. Was expecting something good when I saw the review earlier mentioning breakfast is amazing.

Stayed with family · For friends and family

We stayed at this hotel for one night with 4 people for a concert. We checked in right at 4, and we stayed on the 15th floor. When we got to our room, it was very hot. We turned on the AC right away and left for the concert within an hour. We didn't get back to the room until about 12:30 am. When we got back to our room, it was almost hotter than before. The AC unit didn't work at all. Luckily, a maintenance guy came to our room and helped us, but the AC never turned on, and he could only bring us a fan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, except if you plan to stay here during the summer. Also, we checked out on a Monday morning and waited over 30 minutes for an elevator, so we ended up walking down the stairs instead. This hotel is nice, but there are plenty better in Chicago.

This place requires a $200 deposit on the room at check-in. It has been 18 days since I checked out and the deposit is still on hold. I have been calling for days and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone at the front desk. Even when I was in the hotel room no one answered. When I walked down 15 flight since the elevators took 30 minutes or more to get onto the staff was just hanging out. LETTING THE PHONE RING AWAY. The sad thing is the manager was one of them. My room was not trashed. GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK!

Hotel needs upgraded. Lobby carpet, elevator carpets etc stained and frayed. Chairs and sofas in dining room ripped and worn. Not appealing.

Great

Solo stay

I found the room to be spacious and clean. And the location was perfect for my workshop down a few blocks. When I went to the staff, I found them to be mostly kind and helpful. My only concern was, as a cane user, the accessibility button didn't work from the outside at night, and it made entering, especially with bags, etc., challenging. When I asked if it could be turned on and they said they would do so, I noticed it did not happen.
