Fantastic
I LOVE the big bath towels. The shuttle service to the airports is reasonably priced , on time and easy to use. My wish is for a temperpedic mattress, but I will suffer a night for the value and price. This is my Go To hotel in New York.

Stayed here for the Jay-Z concert because it was close to the airport. Barely stand in the room but it’s close to the train which made my commutes really quick. The room was clean when I arrived.

Clean room. Very well located. No need for the breakfast since you’re in CB Insteon with hundreds of options. No parking on property but there’s a parking garage nearby

The hotel is horrible！ 1. There was a huge fly 4 times of regular size flying around the room. 2.The shower head was installed wrongly that you got poured by the cold water every time you turned on the fauce t. 3.Rotten English maffen for breakfast. 4.The staff got pits off when you asked for help. I can go on and on and on. It's such a shame that Expedia includes this hotel！
