Both of the rooms I booked was so dirty. One of the room no tissues, no blow dryer, no garbage can. The carpets in both room was totally black and dirty. The bathtubs in both rooms are so dirty. Your feets are completely black if you are walking bare feet on the carpet. The beds and rooms are smell so gross but we arrive late at night and they don't have any other rooms available to change for us. I will never ever return to this location again.

Fantastic
It was nice place to stay with family. I felt more safe that it was gated parking to get in. The swimming pool was great on the hot weather my daughter enjoyed swimming. The only thing was the microwave handle was broken and it was hard to open but ai found a way to get it open. Otherwise our stay was great!

To be fair, we had to stay at this hotel during the chemical spill, but it was very chaotic. The staff tried to accommodate, but they kept messing up. They actually ended up sending us to another room because the air conditioner in the first room didn’t work. The next day, they sent a guest to our room who even had a key and were able to open the door and our key didn’t work. Fortunately we arrived at the same time. When they switched us to a different room, they hadn’t made note of it. You have to qué up at the front desk and wait if any guests are in line before you for check-in just to get ice! It’s locked up. Very inconvenient. Also, the walls are paper thin. The people next-door were loud and they turned their TV on really loud. We ended up having to call the front desk to ask them to be quiet because it was 12:30 at night. Personally, I would never go back.

I booked a 2 night stay with my 2 daughters and grandkids. The first we went swimming. The next day we went to Disney land. We only asked for new towels, not the room to be cleaned. We got back from Disney at 7:00 pm my granddaughter, dropped her toy and went to get it from underneath the bed and found a knife open under the bed. I went to show the front desk told them for safety reasons that I would like. My room switched is all they offered me was a smaller room did not offer to upgrade my room or refund it parking. There was horrible. His first come first serve there was a lot of drug addicts lurking around the property and stray cats. The water pressure was horrible. It was cracks in the ceiling definitely outdated and horrible customer service first night we were there there was some lady screaming down the hallways, feeding her children around midnight.

Please be aware that parking is, first comes first serves. They don't have enough parking for the capacity of the hotel. And if there's no more available parking you have to find your own parking on the streets at your own risk. That happened to us and it was a nightmare finding parking on the streets at midnight.

Stayed with family

I want to start this by saying that overall I enjoyed my stay here. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and most of the staff were warm and helpful! However, what I did not like about this hotel was the parking. Not only was the lot incredibly narrow and hard to navigate, but they did not have enough spaces for all of the rooms. So much so that when I came back on my second night, there was no spots whatsoever to park. When I asked the staff working that night if it would be possible to park in one of the check-in spots due to the lack of other parking, I was told that they would tow my car if I did so at my own cost. The only solution given was to either park the car “somewhere else” and walk back to the hotel, with the options being given to either park a few blocks down the main road, or across the 4 lane road in a residential neighborhood with no crosswalks anywhere near the hotel. Again, I was told that it would not be their responsibility and parking elsewhere would be at my liability and was not their problem. I generally like staying at these smaller hotels when I’m in the Anaheim area, but the flippant disregard for their hotel guests safety has soured the experience considerably. I unfortunately will not be coming back.

It’s OK if you need a quick place to stay but had issues with the air conditioner. The rooms are outdated and you can definitely smell that they allow dogs. The bed was dirty, but they came and cleaned it up. The refrigerator started to defrost so they switched rooms to a room with a dog next-door that barked incessantly. The staff was helpful free parking, but it’s cramped and the bathroom was clean, but they didn’t give you wash cloths. They give you towels, but not washcloths.
