It's not expensive, so don't expect 5 start... but it also doesn't have a reception open in until well after lunch. Which isn't helpful if you do something silly like us and leave a key in the room and can't get back in.
The rooms are tired and the place needs a bit of renovation work. TV works but doesn't connect to internet (no netflix, even though it's an option) and it sits on an old TV cabinet designed for a 90's tv.
If you just need a night, in a clean functional room and don't care for a TV then it's fine for the price. Just keep expectations in check.

The accommodation offered good pricing and a convenient location, which were definite positives. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the shared kitchen facilities were generally fine to use. However, the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations. Under the bed appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time, and there was noticeable mould in the bathroom. In addition, the ovens in the kitchen were not working during our stay. Another downside was the lack of visible staff throughout the two nights we stayed, and our room was not serviced at all during that time.

Staff attitude was absolutely poor. I arrived at the front desk and the staff just picked up the phone, keeping me waiting. I was first to arrive then I should be serviced first not the phone. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I don’t have the patience for 2min to take the phone call. Not good service.
Next there is a sign outside the kitchen saying access hours 8am to 10pm, else they will be fined. This does not make sense. I had to warm up my food at 11pm not knowing this sign was there. But I didn’t go in, due sign about fine. Absolutely ridiculous. No empathy for customers.
I think the customer service is lacking in this establishment.
