My stay at Heritage was amazing. The staff were excellent. We stayed during the off season and the level of service and hospitality were next level. Our room came with a private pool and it was perfect after a long day exploring. The resort pool was also great, with a dedicated bar. The food was excellent.

I spent a lovely week at the Heritage Suite Hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool and pool area was always clean and the pool very welcoming on the hot days. I would highly recommend it.

Location near restaurants. Room spacious with extra outdoor space. Staff very courteous and helpful. Services efficient when requested. Breakfast buffet minimal but a la carte is good.

The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area.

Amazing place and they gave us gifts every day if the stay which was incredible adorable. Staff were amazing and very nice. Mis Tola, Mis Samnang and mis Sinar treated us like royalty and made the stay very warm and comfortable.
