Hotel is fine. Air conditioning is there, but weak. Walls and doors are paper thin so it’s quite loud, and the room is old but clean enough. We only stayed there one night so it was enough for our needs, but I’m glad I didn’t book for longer. Very much a hotel thats cheap and for those only needing a quick stay.

Walking at midnight to the other hotel to get the keys is not ideal with luggage and pebble stone streets. Not safe especially since I'm a woman . The rest was pleasant but safety first and you should have staff present to receive your guests. The gentleman at the other hotel to pick up the keys was a sweetheart. I believe his name may have been Victor. Thank you!

Room was clean. . Air conditioning worked well. Given mixed messages about breakfast. Ended up having breakfast every morning across the street. Staff were not friendly or helpful in calling cabs or suggesting where to pick up a cab. Needed ice for swollen ankles, weren't helpful in getting ice or saying where we could get ice.

Completed check-in before 3pm but as room wasn’t ready until then I could leave my luggage there and come back. Which was ok. When I got back at 3pm there was a long wait due to other check in, after 30 minutes wait I was told room wasn’t ready yet and they are just finishing up. Finally got into my room.
