Fantastic

Stayed with kids

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. Room was a decent size for a family of 3 and greatly appreciated the extra bed accomodation. Physical location was perfect as it was next to the major markets, and Restuarant areas. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

We loved our stay! We got 7-11 coffee and miscellaneous every morning and ate it in the hotel sitting area - there were lots of tables. We were very close to the metro to get to further areas like the Bamboo Forest, etc. and had many things to do within walking distance from our hotel like the Gion district, Pontocho Alley, nighttime shopping, dining, etc. The room was a perfect size and the price allowed our teenage kids to have their own room. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!

Good

Stayed with family

Designated smoking area right in front of the hotel lobby was disappointing. It permeated into the lobby. Tatami mats weren't fully vacuumed. Nail clippings let over. Laundry facility on site was nice. Front desk staff were very helpful. Location was great though. Next to bus and subway lines along with other sites.
