Stayed with family

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). The staff were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful. Excellent, quiet location with great links to transport. Railway station for the airport is 5 mins walk and metro 2 mins walk across the square. Excellent and well equipped room. Cool in a heatwave!

We loved the hotel room layout for a family of 4. The “living room” area turned into two twin beds perfect for our two kids. The breakfast was fine.. nothing spectacular but good variety. Location is great. A 15m slow walk to the duomo or the tram which was super easy. Removed 1 star bc the reception refused to loan me 2 glasses for wine. I thought that was pretty silly
