Nice hotel, nice staffs, great Mount Fuji view. The only drawback is the laundry facility. Dryer is not hot enough.

Great Nice looking hotel, but we choose Japan style room, we have to set up ourselves, maybe we are on ground floor, so we catched few bugs, but washroom and room are clean, we can’t take pictures because they are renovation. 10mins drive to gotomba outlet,

Plan ahead and bring your own food before your stay. The onsen area is quite small. No store at the surrounding. Taxi take a long time to gets there. Public bus only stop by once a hours and most likely will be fully occupied. Leave extra early if you have train or bus you need to catch.
