Great apartment size for a group visit. The living allows for chatting and it also has a coffee lounge downstairs for use (free). Swimming and steam room are great for a chill out too. Staff is great, very attentive and quick response with request.

Shanghai has one of the best services in the world. Better than my home country in Singapore. This hotel/residences is a good reflection of that. Spacious room suitable for 6-8 people. They clean the room everyday as well with very friendly cleaners and staff.
