Fantastic Excellent stay for our family. The Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. Having an in-room washer/dryer was a huge plus during our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is the excellent. There are 3 subway stations are nearby and plenty places to eat. The place was clean, and housekeeping was provided everyday, except Sunday. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suit, even though I didn't cook, the full kitchen was nice. Laundry is also in the unit, so it was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this place in the future.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All-in-one washer / dryer unit in the room was definitely a plus. Indoor pool was very nice. Close proximity to numerous eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick, not all toilets had a bidet or handheld water spray. Also, the breakfast buffet is an American buffet, no Korean dishes were offered. Overall, amazing place, would definitely come back again.

In the heart of central Seoul, you have amazing access to so many great places to visit. To compliment that, this hotel was so exquisitely nice to stay in. The views are breathtaking of the palaces and other neighborhoods of Jongro (Jongno) and Insadong. The rooms are suburb and the staff help helped us with coordinating logistics practically every day that we were there. Top notch.

Orakai Insadong Suites was an excellent choice for exploring Seoul, and its location is hard to beat. Being within walking distance of Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ikseon-dong and even Myeongdong made sightseeing incredibly convenient. We rarely needed taxis, and it was wonderful being able to simply walk to many of Seoul's most iconic attractions.
Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and very practical for a longer stay. Having a full kitchen, washing machine and plenty of living space made a huge difference.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend Orakai Insadong Suites to travellers looking for apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Seoul, especially families, longer-stay visitors or anyone wanting the flexibility of self-catering.

We loved our stay here. The location was exceptional! We loved exploring Insadong and Insadong Hanok Village. It was a pretty short walk to the metros. The apartment was even larger than we expected -- wonderful for spreading out and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seoul.

The hotel was near the shopping district in Ginza, multiple convenience stores including 2 Don Quijotes. Also within a few minutes away from train stations.
Only thing is, we got a family room which I thought was a 2 bedroom suite, but it was two adjacent rooms; so, may not work for families with younger children. We had a couple teenagers, so wasn’t a problem.
