Below average
The entire hotel smelled like sewage. The staff would not allow me to take a visitor to my room and tried to charge me extra even though I had a suite and the person was visiting me for a meeting and not staying in the room. I had to spend more than 1 hour with the help of expedia to resolve the issue. The bedroom did not have any power plug on either side of the bed. There was only 1 plug in the entire bedroom and none in the livingroom. I had to get an extension cord and run it across the walkway from the bed to the bathroom for my CPAP.

The entire hotel smelled like sewage. The hotel tried to charge me extra for a visitor in my suite for a short meeting. It took me over 1 hour to sort it out with the help of expedia. The bedroom did not have any power plugs next to the bed. I had to run and extension cord laying on the floor across the walkway to the bathroom for my CPAP. I paid extra to pay at the hotel and as soon as I got there I had to pay all 3 nights up front and a deposit for extras and they said it would take at least 1 month to get the deposit back if I used my credit card for it instead of cash. When I charged a meal at a restaraunt to my room they called to tell.me I had to go to the front desk to pay the charge immediately. This hotel is not worth the trouble

Good
Rooms are clean but the floor I stayed in has water damage. The corridors carpet has linen clothe on top to absorb the water in the carpet. And there is a bit of a musky smell. Air conditioning was a bit low. Staff are friendly. Location is very accessible.

Check in was straight forward and reception and concierge were really helpful. The room was a good size for three people and was clean. Breakfast was okay, not great. The swimming pool was out of use during our stay. Very convenient for the BTS skytrain and we ate out locally on an evening which was convenient.

Stayed with kids

Rooms are spacious but in need of update. The decor is starting to show some ageing. No kettle nor coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No hair dryer in bathroom. Our room had a musty smell and aircon temperature could not be adjusted. Breakfast is ok.
