We experienced a very concerning issue regarding our belongings here. A pouch containing my rings disappeared from our room while we were out. We double-checked all our bags, but we definitely left them in the room. They were not real gold or expensive rings, so we don't care about the money. But it feels terrible and uncomfortable knowing that personal items can go missing from your room. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I highly recommend keeping all your belongings firmly locked in the safe during your stay.

Fantastic
The hotel offers all night onsen bath, as well as complimentary ice popsicles and mini ice cream treats for you to enjoy after taking a bath (or not). Also provides complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 pm (last for maybe two hours) on 1/F. Excellent service overall and definitely will stay here again in the future.
