The front desk staff are particularly helpful and efficient with a great "can do" attitude. In addition, the buffet breakfast was especially good with attention to detail regarding food choices and condiments. Very worthwhile.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights and it was a fabulous hotel, everywhere was clean, the room was surprising large compared to many Japanese hotels. Location is really good too, next to the train station with many food and shopping choices just a short walk away, look forward to staying again when I'm in Shizuoka

I stayed in a standerd corner double. The room is with a king bed and roomy bathroom. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is a couple minutes from Shinkansen station that is close to shopping center, department stores, and restaurants. The hotel offers lounge services to all guests. It’s simple, but nice to reach coffee and tea all day.
