The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. Most of the staff spoke pretty good English so it was easy to communicate. There were only a few small communication barriers which is expected when traveling to another country and you’re not fluent in their language. Google translate can be helpful in those moments. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I actually booked our room to use the laundry but there was only a washer, no dryer. We were only there for 2 nights and I was worried about our clothes not drying in time to pack them in the suitcase. Another issue was Expedia showed this property as having “24hr airport shuttle service”. I booked this hotel last minute based largely on that. So I was a bit disappointed when we arrived to the airport and that wasn’t available. We had to catch a Grab (Uber) to and from the property. This is a property shuttle service to other landmarks and malls but the departure times didn’t work with our family’s schedule so we didn’t use it. Overall I really loved this hotel and would consider staying there again if I didn’t need to worry about airport transport and laundry.

Stayed with family

The property was extremely well kept and clean. The staff were very accommodating and kind as well. Our beds were so comfortable that we actually looked forward to getting into them at night. The property provided a washer/dryer in the room which was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a great variety of food to meet the tastes of different guests. We will more thank likely stay at Chatrium Sathon again. Excellent staff include Ar and Guitar.
