We are a couple who came for the weekend to attend a celebration of life. The valet service is very convenient. It was a little chaotic on this street on a Friday afternoon with checking in with the car, but understandable. The staff was quick to calm our nerves. The staff were kind, courteous and an excellent resource. The young man from France who greeted us and valet parked our car (and retrieved it throughout the weekend), was exceptional and we wish we could pronounce and spell his name. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the room itself was huge with a nice little table for eating and a kitchen. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Square Phillips Hotel! I didn’t realize that the room came with a full kitchen and dining area. The room was so spacious and the high ceilings were wonderful! We used the fitness center and laundry on P floor and enjoyed the variety of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt and beverages from the breakfast room. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal area and less than 20 to shopping areas. The metro is also nearby as well as many restaurants. The concierge helped us to make dinner reservations. If ever in Montreal again we would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

What a wonderful property located in the old town with a sensational restaurant overlooking the Fairmont Chateau in Quebec. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated and the reception lady couldn’t have been more helpful. If we ever come back to Quebec we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel nestled in a perfect downtown Montreal location. The room we stayed in is lovely and very spacious. The only area for improvement I could think of is the layout of the breakfast buffet. It was a bit chaotic because there was no proper lineup. Improving the layout will help improve flow too.

Room was great, all as expected. Only downside was the room for the included breakfast. Too small and crowded to accommodate the guests.

The staff of this hotel was unique. They were above and beyond. The breakfast was perfect to star the day and was included that way I was not running in the morning looking for a coffee. The room was another level super clean, spacious and with a georgeous bathroom. I feel like home in Montreal because of the hospitality in that hotel . I will stay again if I come back to Montreal.

I really liked our suite. It was large and spacious. The kids had their own space, we had an ample amount of living space and dining areas. The small kitchen was great for reheating things and keeping items cold the in fridge/freezer. The room was a little dated but VERY clean. I mean not a hair or trace of anyone who stayed before us. In a hotel this is HUGE. The free breakfast was actually quite tasty. I liked that they had pate, meat and cheese, and good butter. The bagels were very good too. The location is walkable to a lot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy with valet but we had a tall vehicle so we parked on the street or off site in a lot. As long as you know the times for street cleaning, etc - this wasn't an issue. I'd definitely stay again.

Booked for 3 consecutive years. We love the location. We feel safe.
