There is old adage that says “you get what you pay for”. Kegworth Comference hotel is very reasonable, but lacks some of the finer things that would no doubt be available at double the price at The Crowne Plaza nearby. There is no air conditioning so some of the rooms are very warm. Breakfast was adequate, but proper fried eggs would have been good!

Out tv didn't work which we reported to reception but it wasn't fixed. Also our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there.

Hotel looking somewhat dated and shabby in places. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful. Good parking. Room had everything we needed

Front of staff, need some training. everything seemed like a huge effort. asked if anyone was available to order a drink and was told that I would have to wait, as on her own. served a dirty glass with what appeared to be mould on it. the drink was exchanged, but with no apology.
Breakfast was a poor standard. Decided not to have evening meal at hotel.
