Stayed with kids

Room was not pleasant at all we found someone’s dirty socks in between one of the chairs!! Room had a very eggy smell parking is 35 dollars a night even though there lot was always full staff wouldn’t answer calls when calling to the room was left on hold for 10mins then another 10mins just for them to not answer and hang up it’s a 200 deposit which is ludicrous the place is old and run down wasn’t a great experience for me and my family

It was a very nice property, a little close to ocean boulevard and 710 freeway.When I got there and took an hour to check-in.So we had to wait too long after four o'clock , but they said they had a big party the night before. Staff was helpful and friendly Parking priced on the high side NicE to be a there on a Saturday and get sangria.The next morning , it was a mocktail bloodymary, free water apples all complimentary Nice to have a dog friendly place

This hotel offers so much. Local transport to cruise port, restaurants and local attractions. There were flavored waters, tea and Arnold Palmer in the lobby. Well worth the money we paid.
