Solo stay

I stayed at the Alana Beach Hotel for three nights, and my stay got off to a rocky start — mainly because the promised airport pick‑up never showed up. Messages sent via Hotels.com were also met with complete silence, which added to the adventure.Once I actually arrived, the hotel itself was lovely and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, accessibility doesn’t seem to be high on the priority list, as there was no step‑free access. I was given a suite, which sounded exciting until I discovered there was no shower — only a giant bathtub that required the agility of a mountain goat to climb into. A relaxing soak shouldn’t come with a risk assessment, but here we are.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, minor problem with lock box and staff corrected quickly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall we’re happy with the hotel and would come back.

Fantastic
Very nice and modern hotel. Amazing location. A block away from the beach. The staff was very nice and courteous. Loved everything about the hotel but I would not come back to Nha Trang again. Not my thing with the tourist. Doesn’t feel like Vietnam and the culture. But this has nothing to do with the hotel

Good
Rooms are ok. Wifi is terrible in the rooms, so not great if you want to work etc. Paper thin walls, can hear everyone come in and out in the hall way, hear people in the other room and when somebody uses the shower there is a very loud water pump working. Beach is just across the road which is good Overall is ok for the money.
