Solo stay

Staff was very helpful with everything. Especially the staff at the 7th floor pool and restaurant. I went there every day because of the staff. Very informative of things to do in Bangkok.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences i have had. Location was useful with nearby amenities but the area itself can be rather dirty. Narrow road leading in was troublesome and we had to endure power outages which led to the lift breaking down and when the issue was reported, i was told by staff that the technician was looking at it. My travelling group also faced air-conditioning issues across the whole of level 6 and nothing was done by the hotel to remedy the situation. Rooms maybe cheaper but it is truly not worth the trouble.

Nothing Graand or Swiss about this ghetto Indian hotel. It’s should be 1 star at best. The smell is horrible. Front desk staff is impolite and rude. They lie to customers. Very bad smell, you feel like throwing up anytime you get off your elevator. Nonse stop loud noises and music every day and night. Not clean, not good location. Bed is so uncomfortable, you’ll need 3 massages a day. If you have other options, please don’t stay here! It’s a dumpster!

Great location. Close to BTS and MRT for travels. Zillion of options for eating out and no shortages of entertainment especially on Soi 11. All in highly recommended if you are looking for a high tempo stay.

Stayed with friends

Right in the heart of the nightlife district, surrounded by good restaurants and bars and clubs. Beautiful Benjakitti Park is just a half mile away. Rooms are clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the price. The buffet breakfast is excellent and there’s a very nice fitness center and wonderful pool. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always come back.

Nothing worked right when I was there. Phone ,elevator sink ,ac. I was right over the guy singing til late at night at the finch bar loud every night
