Great
The hotel was great. The restaurant needs to make sure gluten free is safe to eat ! .The server guaranteed my meal was gluten free !! I was very sick after eating there as I have celiac disease! It must have been contaminated

Fantastic
I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times and I plan to stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport again and again. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the airport and the Sky Train at 44th Street. Dining at the hotel is also a plus. One thing I hope they do soon is lose the dark wall-to-wall carpeting - it is impossible to keep it clean. Other than that it’s a great hotel. CHEERS!!

Below average
Mascara flakes on my pillow. A hair on my sheet. Fingernail polish on the other double bed sheet. Needed dusting. Toothpaste dropping all over the wooden towel holder below the sink. Restaurant is closed. You can get food at the bar that opens at 4pm. Please don’t stay here. It gave me the ickiest feeling. Lucky no bed bugs. The maids did change my sheets. But YUCK.

Stayed here to take a flight out of phx. It’s basic and close to the airport. We got there late and they gave our reservation to someone else. After we cleared things up we got in our hotel and everything was smooth.

Solo stay

The rooms were filthy and outdated, even after I requested to be moved to another room. The sheets had body fluid stains still on them from previous guests, and the overall building was quite dirty. I couldn't use the pool even in triple digit temperature because of how dirty it was. The only good thing is the proximity to the airport and sky train.
