I expected more from the Crown Plaza. The room was fine but the amenities were meh. We paid for breakfast and had a very strange meal for which only coffee was included not tea? You had to pay extra for tea, which is so odd. You also have to pay extra for parking. It’s very convenient to airport but they need to improve the overall guest experience.
