Hotel was very conveniently located right beside a subway station. It was also a 15 min walk away from other areas of interest such as Tenjin, Canal City, and a small seafood market. There are also two grocery stores less than a five min walk away, a Family Mart, and a 7-11. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Although the hotel is older, it is very well maintained. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Great stay! Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to shopping and food. Taxis were always available. We traveled with 3 kids and the stay was super easy. I’ll definitely go again if I’m in the tenjin area.

A very traditional hotel. Location was not the best for our needs. Need to take either subway or train from JR station. Staff was nice. Breakfast was average. There were no local specialties and needed to wait for seating although not so busy.

First time at this hotel and probably will not stay here again. It is far from the station and the hotel was old. Needs renovation and the bathrooms were small. Free breakfast that was okay. Skipped it on the last day. Liked the fresh food market nearby.
