Fantastic

Solo stay

This is the hotel I stay at every time when I travel to Beijing all because the customer service is exceptional. I stayed for 17 days this time around, honestly, from the service manager to front desk personnel, to the cleaning maid, to the doorman, everyone made me feel like I’m right at home. It was an excellent experience, will definitely stay again.

Solo stay

I always stay here when I came to Beijing. This time it was so pleasant. I mean, the service is still top of line, but the rooms are smelling more and more like sewer. Had to keep the AC on to not smell it. But I don’t really like AC. No laundry facilities still, makes it a little inconvenient when you stay for like two weeks. Haha. It’s been good, but won’t stay here again.

Most of times, rooms were clean & we met with nice staff. But, we didn’t like the breakfast during living in LIDO HOTEL (维景).

Fantastic

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room and the hotel itself were great. The staff here was amazingly incredible helpful and friendly. I was staying during my birthday and the staff actually came up to my room to deliver me a birthday cake and wish me happy birthday, which was fantastic. The hotel also had a buffet which had excellent food, and was open throughout the day. I loved my stay here at this hotel. I plan on returning in the future.

not to expect much but the price was worthy. Old hotel and rooms (furnitures, TV, Bathroom). Area is quiet which a nice park nearby and several options to eat local food.
