Fantastic Great stay at Pavilion on Northbourne! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Having secure parking for our work van was a huge bonus, and we also enjoyed the onsite bar. We’d happily stay here again.

Great Needed somewhere to get a nights rest after driving all day. Like my accommodation from the previous day. I had messed up the dates. Fortunately I was able to get it sorted and fixed my booking.
After I checked in, I had realised looking at the Atrium and bar, that I had stayed there before for work.
Room was clean and I had no issues with outside noise as others have mentioned.
I liked the fact that car parking was secure behind a locked gate.
Only thing I am not as happy about, is the refund of the room deposit. It's been a week and it still has not been credited back to my card. I contacted the hotel and awaiting a response. I will edit my review when I hear back.

Good I was assigned a room right next to the sliding door. I could hear the noise from the sliding door that opens and closes very often when people were coming in and out. I then asked for a room change. The new room was much better. However, when I checked out five days later, I was given a bill of $30 with a lunch charged to my old room. I remember that I never had that lunch. I only had breakfasts there.

One I can recommend! Friendly staff, spacious rooms and very clean. There was plenty of easy access parking. All it needs is a fast EV charger to make it a perfect stay.

FantasticStayed with family
Great atrium to enjoy drinks or dinner and relax and conveniently plenty of parking. The staff are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the heating (we stayed here for the weekend in middle of winter) is just right. Great location too.

The foyer of the main entrance was great. The area to our section next door certainly shows its age. The rooms were clean, however need skirting boards, perhaps better quality carpets and could be more warm and welcoming.
