Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.

All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in.

The room rate is quoted for standard occupancy: 2 adults for Grand Deluxe Rooms and 4 Adults for 2-Bedroom Suites. Extra persons will incur compulsory surcharge according to the below policies:

Infant below 03 years old: complimentary baby cot provided with advance requests, subject to availability.

Children under 6 years old: maximum 2 children under 6 years old per room can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with adults.

Children from 6 – under 12 years old: compulsory surcharge at VND 500,000net/child/night, including breakfast and sofa bed.

Guests from 12 years old and above: compulsory surcharge at VND 800,000net/person/night, including breakfast and sofa bed.

Sofa bed is available in Grand Deluxe Rooms only, and not applicable for Suite Rooms. For detailed room capacity, please contact the hotel directly.

All guests are required to show a valid photo ID issued by Vietnam government or Passport or International Travel Document upon check in.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in guest rooms.

All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

All rooms include a kitchenette, available for use at VND 300,000 per request. Please contact Reception for assistance.

A deposit in cash for potential damages and incidental charges is required on arrival. For bookings of 4 room nights or fewer, the deposit is 1,000,000 VND (~50 USD) per booking. For bookings of 5 room nights or more, the deposit is 2,000,000 VND (~100 USD) per booking. This deposit will be refunded at check-out subject to deductions for any incidental charges incurred during your stay. If your incidental expenses exceed the deposit amount, an additional top-up will be required.

Outside foods are not allowed to bring into the room and hotel.

Foods or items with an offensive odor (seafoods, durian…) are prohibited in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed. 

Airport transfer fee may vary depending on the number of guests.
