I enjoyed my stay un general, but they were a few things that felt wrong. The day before our departure, I asked if I could use the pool. The receptionnist said no, because there was too much people at the moment. I asked her when can I come again for reservation. She said the pool will be-closed at noon and would reopen at 15h…. My german friend was there with is 2 kids. I witnessed a total of 3 people in the pool and it didnt close at noon … I strongly disliked being given wrong information. The Bar and the security staff were 1000% amazing. We got impeccable service. Finally the room was spacious, clean and we got good AC.

AC even though we reduced it to the recommend setting didn't cool the room. Family of 4 stayed but we were only given 3 bath towels everyday. Limited shuttle service. Overall a nice hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff.

Solo stay

This hotel was recommended by a friend and colleague who travels to Milan frequently. It’s modern, sustainable, and has a decent amount of amenities available for a solo traveler. It is outside the central downtown area and not suitable for exploring on your own. Breakfast buffet was uneventful. Restaurant was great for dinner. Checkout became an issue when I urgently needed to leave a day early due to a transit strike at the MXP airport on July 5th. I notified the front desk as soon as my travel plans changed, and they refused to refund the additional night because I had booked through Expedia even though the website said they’d work with the hotel. I would have accepted a credit for IHG since I travel so frequently. Unfortunately I’ve sent multiple messages with the same lack of consideration on the Voco’s end. Will travel to Milan again - will not stay at the Voco if this is how they respond to something beyond my control.

Very pleased with our stay, we were here for Tuttofood. We had clients at the restaurant, staff was great at all spots including the driver to the show and back. We will be back, I wish the gym was a bit bigger but it was also a busy time of year so space was limited.

Lovely looking hotel with modern design. However I'd not return purely on the basis of the modern elevators. 10-15minute waits were regular occurance and ended up taking 9 flights of stairs as couldn't wait any longer.
