I expected the hotel to be in the opera neighborhood, but despite its name, it was actually located in a completely different area. On the bright side, the breakfast was very delicious.

This is a very lovely hotel. The room and bathroom was clean when we got there. Staff helpful when help was needed. Breakfast delicious when we stayed for food in the mornings. There’s an elevator that works well also. The area the hotel is in felt very safe as well. One night past midnight we walked to some food places nearby to get a bite. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. It gives you quick access to most places in Paris proper via train. It’s quite close to a train station about a 3 minute walk.

Didn’t like my stay at BW as the rooms were tiny, not clean as per expectations. The Ac was not working. The bed sheets were not soft to touch

I enjoyed my stay until I realized one of my items was missing from my room. The hotel staff stole an item from my room, and I am extremely disappointed. I’m happy I took my most valuable items with me because they probably would’ve stolen that, too. Stealing my laptop would’ve been too obvious, so they stole something they thought I wouldn’t notice, but I know everything I bring with me and I am very organized and it wasn’t where I left it when I went to pack. They’re known to be thieves in this area, unfortunately. Many other hotel reviews have said that it.
