The staff were helpful and kind but for the price and the fact there are so many beautiful accommodations in Bali I wouldn't stay here again. The bathroom smelt like urine always and was tiny especially for a family room. The AC was loud, the building was very very dark and outdated it felt like I was sitting in a cave, I couldn't stand being in the room. It was also quite noisy everywhere. The breakfast was quite nice, but again considering the amazing and cheap food Bali has available it wasn't incredible. The outside pool area was quite nice and the food is catered to Australians and well priced for what you get so my kids could happily eat. I was surprised considering how many good reviews this place had it makes me wonder if they'd stayed elsewhere in Bali because I didn't think it was great. The run-down dark rooms and yukky small bathroom is what really let it down. Even the lights were very dim and half not working.
