Just good for budget stay. The only exceptional thing about it is that the rooms are very spacious and it has good location. We found bugs and spiders in the room when we checked in, but upon informing the staff, they cleaned it. There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower area did not drain properly (even after complaining). Bed was hard. The balcony was dirty. Hotel needs rennovation.

The condition of the hotel and room are old. There were holes on the bottom of the bedsheet and blanket, water in the shower is weak, and the furniture in the room is not in good condition. The hotel does offer wide selection of a la carte breakfast buffet.

To ensure you still have access to swimming facilities, our Concierge team will gladly arrange a complimentary daily shuttle transfer to our sister hotel, FuramaXclusive Sathorn, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Shuttles departing from Furama Silom to FuramaXclusive Sathorn are scheduled at 09.00 hrs., 11.00 hrs., 13.00 hrs., and 15.00 hrs. Return shuttle services from FuramaXclusive Sathorn back to Furama Silom are scheduled at 11.00 hrs., 13.00 hrs., 15.00 hrs., and 17.00 hrs.

Please be advised that the return shuttle service times may run slightly behind schedule depending entirely on local traffic conditions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our property.
