Starting October 13, 2025, the main driveway of Ayala North Exchange building, where Seda Residences Makati is located, is undergoing essential renovation to enhance and improve our facilities.

The usual ground floor drop-off point is temporarily closed.

Your vehicle drop-off and pick-up point is now at the Basement 3 (B3) Lobby of Seda Residences – the same level as the hotel parking area.

Our team is ready to guide you immediately upon your arrival at B3.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the building.
