Great

Rooms are big. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good if you like Taiwanese breakfast. Free minibar was ok, chips with a couple of sodas. Great location, can walk to Syntrend and Huashan Creative Park. DDD is close also. Rooms could have better maintenance. First room we had, there was a musty smell and the gave us a new room with no smell. Just needs a little more attention in the bathroom and would be even better.

Great service and helpful desk staff. Minimalist decoration/decor is replaced with excellent service ethic. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, but not extra fancy nor luxurious. Loved the included breakfast. It was delicious and nice variety. Free snacks and drinks in afternoon (afternoon tea time) and evening. And even late evening instant noodles. Desk staff are helpful in finding places and services in town plus for usual room needs. Beyond their native Mandarin, desk staff have very good English fluency and also some speak Japanese. Posted signs and messages are in all three languages. Cleaning staff did great. Plenty of free bottled water was nice. Staff in the eating/bar area were also friendly and attentive. 10-12 minute walk to two nearby MRT stations. Felt totally safe, even after dark.

Solo stay

Four night stay at this beautiful hotel. Daily breakfast included, was superb. The snacks and drinks offered in the afternoons , was appreciated. I had a shower and a great soaker tub in my room for after my workouts. World Gym is an eight minute walk down the street. I used it daily. Great location. I walked to Taipei 101 for the viewing of the city. They noticed when I was checking in , that it was my birthday. The next day , in my room , was a signed birthday card from the staff. Beautiful gesture. Thanks.

This hotel is a boutique size hotel, good size rooms, very clean. This hotel provides a laundry room with free laundry detergent. What I like this hotel is the staff. The staff are well trained, very friendly, and very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s breakfast was great. This is the first time I stayed in this area of Taipei. There are a lot of massage shops near by, which is very nice. It is also close to Songshan airport and Taipei Main Station. The only criticism is it is a little far from the metro.

Super fast check in/out. The reception staff were very friendly and the housekeeping lady was sweet. We appreciated the daily bottled water, snacks, slippers, and bathrobes. The huge bathtub in our room was a nice surprise.
