Friendly, attentive, efficient multilingual staff providing personalized service. Housekeeping twice daily, thoughtful anniversary and birthday surprises, efficient room service, kids club craft activities, and waiting room lounge.
Cleanliness
Rooms consistently clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Pristine grounds, clean beach area, spotless public spaces, and very clean washrooms highlighted throughout.
Atmosphere & facilities
Relaxing, luxurious atmosphere with beautiful landscaping. Multiple pools including saltwater and adults-only. Excellent gym, wellness center, yoga classes, meditation, ice baths, and day spa.

Fantastic
The hotel was amazing and the personnel were all positive and kind all the times. Few improvements need to be done in pool areas.There was no metal stairs for the kids in some areas of the pool. There was not a lifeguard across the pool all the times.The deepest place of the pool was 2.2 m,so it would be better to have a lifeguard just in emergency case. Other than that hotel deserves 5star
