Great location with underground stations and restaurants nearby. Bed is slightly small for 2 person and no air-conditioning in the room. Renovated toilet and room is clean.

We arrived the room had iron burn marks on floor and stains . Aircon did not work. Upgrade to a better room. Mon to Friday the breakfast was95% western. Weekends 90% Asian. Staff were helpful. No lift from ground to 1st floor. Good location although Bayswater underground has no lift only stairs
