Stayed with friends

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was dry weather but their ceiling in the lobby had a few leaks…. Maybe from the air conditioning? Also one of their lobby doors was either slow to open or didn’t open automatically so be careful of walking into the glass doors. The property was overall beautiful. Their rooftop bar and pool is a must visit. I would stay here again

Stayed with kids

The location is good if you are attending a conference at Fira Convention Center but you still need to take a cab in the summer due to the heat. Overall a nice hotel, our check in was a bit problematic, the staff didn't handle it very well, also we had some issues with the cleaning for a couple of days. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to explore. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent room. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The AC worked well. We really enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel. Staff were friendly. The amenities were nice - including the gym and the roof top pool. Easy access to metro. Not far from the airport/city center. We would def. return.
