Pool is always closed while the weather is totally clear in the weather applications No water in the room They have different plug electricity which is different from the other hotel i stayed in hong Kong and when i asked for just borrowing a plug during my stay they asked for 200 dollars for renting it Refused to let us check in at 1 pm although they do that for others at the same time while we are asking for Staff is not helpful at all And make every thing complicated

The first room that they gave us it was very stinky to cigarettes, we were staying for 5 days and then the next morning I specially requested to the front desk staff to perform a deep clean so we can sleep in a clean space, since nothing happens, the second nigh we were transferred to another clean room which obviously was much better.

This is a nice property and my room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is that there were no outlets next to or near the bed, so you had to charge your devices across the room. The hotel is located about a block away from the nearest metro station. Location-wise, I probably would stay somewhere closer to the main areas on Hong Kong island. Every point of interest was several metro stops away and it took time to get to where I wanted to go. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but if location is important you might want to consider another property.

The guest responsible for check-in must be aged 18 or above In accordance with Phase 1 of the updates to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, starting from 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer offer complimentary plastic-based toiletries listed in the Ordinance. According to the latest regulations issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting 1 January 2025, a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax is expected to be introduced. Special check-in instructions

- The property requires a refundable security deposit of HKD 500 upon check-in. - Each guest name is allowed to reserve a maximum of 2 Rooms. - The swimming pool closed in winter from November to next April. - Any name change, date change and cancellation of a non-refundable booking is not accepted. All payments made for a non-refundable booking will be forfeited for any cancellation. - The Property offers free in-room internet access for a maximum 2 devices. - According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free.
