I stayed at this hotel last month but I had a different experience, the room I got last time was much better. This time the room was not that great the bathroom door doesn’t close, the pillows were very hard that I woke up with a bad headache. Also there was a smell of urine in the hallway. It was on the first floor.

You climate is not working, always 18 degrees if you turn the heating/AC to 22 degrees only cold air comes out, we have been here 5 times now maybe the last. Last time you upgraded us to a "hot" room which was north oriented why not grant us with a south oriented room where the sun is ??? the best about the hotel is your breakfast at 9th floor with a spectacular view, and the location is perfect as well next to taksim square

The hotel is a 20 second walk from the terminus of the Havaist bus from Istanbul airport to Taksim Square making it perfect for an overnight stay if you have an overnight layover in Istanbul and don’t quality for the Turkish Airlines free hotel. Reasonable rates and in very good condition.
