This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this.

The property has amazing amenities. Especially liked the indoor spa and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety to pick from. Very close to malls and across from Platinum mall. Overall, highly recommended

Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to Platinum mall, Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon. Only thing traffic was really bad so catching grab to go anywhere will take time. But overall great stay. Hotel could have provided more towels. We stayed family of 4 and they gave us 2 towels.

Fantastic
Best location, friendly services, clean , new and updated facilities . The only negative which is out of the hotel’s control was the massive construction site in the front of the hotel . We will definitely stay at this hotel again but hopefully without the mentioned issue.

I have had privilege to stay at many large & boutique hotels in Bangkok over the years. My experience at Amari Bangkok was one of best and I would definitely come back for future trip if they keep this level of customer service. The hotel has one best hotel gyms I have seen in Bangkok and has lot of difference machines/plate loaded and a TRX setup. The rooms are little dated and retro but everything in my room was working well and very clean. Once again , the staff's customer service is world class in all departments.
