The hotel is in a perfect location - walkable to everything in Trastavere. The staff was super helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. Lots of wear and tear and starting to show its age. It was great to have a balcony, but our bathroom wasn’t super clean. Strangely our room had only two usable outlets - none in the bathroom and none on or near the bed. We had to charge our phones across the room and couldn’t use hair tools in the bathroom. Overall a good experience but not quite what we expected from the pictures.

Very convenient location next to the train/bus stops and main train station. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods to select from. Clean, spacious and air conditioned rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Solo stay

By three days stay was overall very good. Good price for the product. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and spacious with plenty of room for a third person and lots of closet space. The location was very walkable with a tram that goes into the center of the city very close. One or two small details. The bathtub is tall and can be difficult to get in and out of. A railing to grab would be very helpful. Also, there is no counter space in the bathroom. A small shelf would make a big difference. Overall experience I would return.

Check in was very easy. Staff was friendly. Overall clean hotel except pillow cases were not fresh as I found a hair on two pillows. AC worked great and the breakfast was ok for buffet style.

The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful when could figure out the air conditioner remote and when questions about tram tickets. The air conditioner works great. I would stay again.
