Fantastic
Stayed there made me comfortable and enjoyable. Clean room, friendly staff, they work 24/24 hour, even I need towels in midnight they still bring it to me. We can use swimming pool here, around there also have convenience stores, coffees, kid clubs and nearest to district 1. Wonderful stays, thanks for all!

Unfortunately the apartment was very untidy. Felt like it needed a deep clean. Dirty kitchen rags left under the sink. No clean kitchen cloths us to use. One of the bathroom toilets hadn’t been cleaned as there was something left in the toilet for us to discover when we checked in. I have used Saigon Sirus numerous times in the past but feel they are slipping standards. Photos advertised aren’t what you will get. As I come to Ho Chi Minh often. I will no longer be using Saigon Sirus for future visits. This is my opinion on what was presented to me at check in.

There’s lots of marks and stains on the walls- it’s a bit old and definitely not luxury like the pictures shown.

The staff is very quick in response, but the toilet hose in the master is broken. It’s a hassle to turn on and off every time. I like the fact it has two bathrooms.

The unit was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a nice feature. However, the master bathroom had a strong urine odor, and the bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. I reported these issues to the staff, but nothing was done to address them. In addition, I believe the beds may have had bed bugs because several members of my family woke up with bug bites after spending the night. I also reported this concern to the staff. Overall, while the size and layout of the unit were nice, the cleanliness and lack of response from the staff made for a very disappointing stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean. When we had issues these were handled promptly and efficiently. The location required a walk across the bridge to get to District 1 where most of the bars and restaurants were. Grab taxis were great and we highly recommend the great service they provided

Solo stay

I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and had a much needed washing machine. Very safe and secure building as a solo traveller I appreciated that. It’s more of an apartment which was great and they gave me a WhatsApp app chat for if I needed anything during my stay which was great. Good location to get into the city with a nice pool area and shops on site.
