I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities

Bar Staff need training on how to make cocktails. The bar tender that served me didn't know what a Widow Maker was, even though it is on the menu, and had to Google how to make it. This is a very poor reflection of management, who clearly don't focus on staff training
