Great stay, central location that was easy to get to. The staff was very pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was clean, well-maintained and quiet. The breakfast buffet was full of options from local fare to usual breakfast staples. A short walk to so many beautiful spots in Budapest

All areas were clean and the staff couldn’t do enough to help, the breakfast was freshly cooked each morning the only criticism I have is there could have been more fruit, rooms were clean and the air cons were a huge advantage with the July heat, will definatley stay again.

The location is excellent -- right off Andrassy at Liszt Ferenc Square, short walk to the Opera House and one short block from the Oktogon metro stop. Our rooms were large and modern, air conditioned, with a view of the landscaped square. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, spacious, with nice views, and in our case it was included in the price. And the staff were friendly, efficient, and multilingual. Excellent value.

Solo stay

The room was okay but had to keep curtains pulled as no view, bed was made daily. Staff were helpful in Reception and at Breakfast. Variety of breakfast things but no bacon, sausages etc. however the scrambled eggs were delicious! All in all The Medos was an okay hotel but if you want a touch of luxury this is not the hotel for you. Best thing was its location, near to everything.

A lovely hotel right in the very heart of Amsterdam, very handy to get to all of Budapests beautiful sights. The room was clean , well equipped and had a lovely view over the city.
