Stayed with family

Staff at the reception was great. We had a nice welcoming in fluent Spanish (girl and guy). The girl gave us a map and very helpful info about touring around the hotel (walking and public transportation). The room was clean and had great AC. The Italian meals at the restaurant were very good. Great location and near subway, tram and bus stations. Will definitely come back and stay at Holiday Inn Wien.

Reception team lacks customer service skills, it is no surprise given that the head of reception has a superiority complex and condescending tone. She has no idea how a complaint should be handled, escalating the situation instead of trying to manage the complaint. Hotel quality in terms of reception and their rooms far from 4 star hotels.
