Stayed with friends

Charming hotel located next to the Interlaken West train station. Very friendly staff. Lent us umbrellas when it rained the one day of our two week trip. Most rooms don't have A/C, because it's Switzerland. This spring was (I think) the hottest on record, so hotels may need to revisit the no-AC thing as global warming takes over. But still a great hotel with a very nice breakfast.

Great location, right across the street from one of the main train stations in town. Right on the main street, so it was close to restaurants and a large park in town. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful hotel staff. Great stay!

Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
