Stayed with kids

I always stay here for Birmingham Pride and once again, the hotel is lovely and clean and staff are super helpful. There’s also a little play area in reception which my daughter loved. We will be back!

Stayed with family

Nice hotel, great location. But the AC wouldn't work for the 3 nights we stay. No maintenance guy available to solve the issue, no additional room to change us, only two fans and open the windows was the solution available....Once you open the windows you can hear all the noise from the street.
