Solo stay

The property was clean and sprayed well maintained. Bed linens were cozy. Be sure to check the breakfast times. I forgot to and missed out on breakfast. Convenient location. Accessible to many locations in the city. Parking lot difficult to see when coming from downtown area.

Great location in downtown Kansas City; nice hotel; very friendly staff. However, if you stay here, take some bed bug spray and be mindful. They're there, they're real, they're gross, and your legs will look like you broke out in hives! Take care...

Room was spacious and clean. However, one roller on the shower door was off the track. Picked up shower door and put the barn door style roller back on the track. Something was going on with the shower door though because I really had to muscle it closed. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening the nut underneath but it wouldn't tighten. Stripped maybe? Small piece of base cove was missing by shower. Simple maintenance things to fix, seems like they should know about these issues and fix them. Person at desk was very helpful. Good location. Would stay here again, just some disappointing maintenance problems.

We arrived a little early and they were able to get us up to our room right away. Very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and how to get to the baseball park. Great options for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
